City University's EMBA is a transformative leadership journey that leads our participants to achieve their visions in both their work career and life career. Participants partner with their Professors to construct the most updated knowledge through formal, informal and non-formal learning. Through interactions with experts in different areas, self-reflection on their own experiences and connection with new knowledge, participants will transform their own thinking and establish new perspectives and ideas. 城大EMBA（中文）課程根據(jù)近年大中華地區(qū)商圈的變化，加上香港國際大都會的獨特性商業(yè)優(yōu)勢，在課程中融入嶄新商業(yè)元素，對課程結(jié)構(gòu)及內(nèi)容上進行了再次革新：（1）商業(yè)理論基礎(chǔ)模塊。包括管理經(jīng)濟學，管理信息系統(tǒng)，戰(zhàn)略管理學；（2）商業(yè)分析與技能模塊課程。包括：大數(shù)據(jù)時代的商業(yè)模式分析與設(shè)計，企業(yè)金融及資本運作，財務(wù)報告分析與決策，運營管理上的競爭優(yōu)勢，現(xiàn)代市場營銷新挑戰(zhàn)；（3）創(chuàng)新及商業(yè)前沿模塊。包括現(xiàn)代組織設(shè)計與管理，服務(wù)管理與體驗管理，數(shù)字化時代企業(yè)整合傳播，重組、并購及上市；（4）領(lǐng)導力培養(yǎng)模塊。包括領(lǐng)導角色定位，領(lǐng)袖能力培養(yǎng)及演繹，自我發(fā)展研習，現(xiàn)代領(lǐng)導力的機遇與挑戰(zhàn)，對話商業(yè)領(lǐng)袖；（5）全球視野探索模塊。包括全球化創(chuàng)新與創(chuàng)業(yè)管理，現(xiàn)代大中華地區(qū)商業(yè)新挑戰(zhàn)，國際標桿管理研習。

Considering the changes in the Greater China region in recent years, as well as the unique business advantages of Hong Kong as an international metropolis, CityU EMBA (Chinese) has introduced some new business elements in the course. Thus, its curriculum structure and content have been more reformed and innovated: (1) Business theory foundation module, including management economics, management information systems, strategic management; (2) business analysis and skills module, including business model analysis and design of large data age, corporate finance and capital operation, financial report analysis and decision making, competitive advantage in operation and management, new challenges in modern marketing; and (3) Innovation and business frontier module, including modern organization design and management, service management and experience management, digital era enterprise integration and dissemination, reorganization, mergers, acquisitions and listing; (4) Leadership training module, including leadership roles, leadership skills development and deduction, self-development learning, modern leadership opportunities and challenges, dialogue business leaders; (5) global vision exploration module. Including global innovation and entrepreneurship management, modern Greater China business new challenges, international benchmarking management study.
